Francis was about to become my mentor, after Josh generously introduced us. We met just twice, but he made such an impression that I also feel shocked and saddened. What an amazing man. It was obvious immediately Francis was a terrific listener as well as being great to listen to. A man with a huge heart, and I will take the luck of having met him as further fire to support the more deeply multicultural world we shared a vision to help develop. My love to all of you that had the luck to know him well.
